Condition on reservation confirmation

Airport2Lodge Limited, inform the user that www.airport2lodge.com a domain on the Internet, which contains a portal or web page, whose title is AIRPORT2LODGE – Destination Management (also refer in as A2L.), with the following registration information:

The reservations or transfer/s detailed on this page has been booked for you by Airport2Lodge.com as an agent for the transport operator and therefore any contract for the booking is between you and Airport2Lodge Limited. On arrival you should check that the transfer is as booked, including type of vehicle and price. Payment will be collected immediately by the transport operator to guarantee the service using only the payment method provided by you. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Additional charges may occur for extra waiting time and requested diversions.

  • Waiting time at pickup location: Airports and international train stations pickup fares will includes meet & greet with 60 minutes waiting time from the flight landing time. Additional waiting time charge will apply according to the booking type. Flight delays are exempted from this charges as flights schedule time will be monitored for any delays and early landing. Rest of the other pickup locations are inclusive of 15 minutes waiting time and additional charges will be charged according to the booking time.
  • Diversions: All bookings made from point A to point B , For ex: From an Airport to a specified destination address is known as direct booking. Any stop over or diversions before the original destination including change of destination may occur an additional charge .
  • Passenger capacity & Luggage allowance: When making a booking please ensure your selected while can accommodate the number of passengers and luggage’s as indicated on the vehicle search results. Please note luggage indicated are only for example any may varies according to size and capacity. The driver may refuse any luggage placed inside the vehicle and also any excessive items that may find unsuitable.


To change or cancel your transfer bookings go to www.airport2lodge.com or call our office line as shown on the booking confirmation. Cancelled reservations may be subject to a charge. Cancellations made up to 1 hour (60 mins) prior to pick up will not be charged, provided the driver has not been dispatched to the pickup location.

Cancellations made on arrival of the vehicle will incur a 100% of the booking fare including any extra waiting time that has incur.

Please ensure that you contact Airport2Lodge at the time of pick up if you are unable to find your driver as failure to do so will result in a 100% of the booking fare.

Provided prices are per car in private transfers (minibus and car) and per person for shuttle transfers.

When your booking is finalised, Airport2Lodge Ltd will send you an email to the provided email address, with the full details of your reservation. Please read it carefully and check that given information is correct.
